When considering selling your home; having a technician check your appliances prior to selling your home will facilitate a smooth home inspection process.

Appliances includes one of each: 

Refrigerator 

Microwave 

Dishwasher 

Washer

Dryer

Any additional appliances will cost $75 per appliance.

Appliance Maintenance Agreements are $499.

Dryer maintenance includes: 

Dryer cleaning inside.

Checking safety controls, drum supports and heating element.

Washer maintenance includes: 

Checking for proper balance.  

Checking the drain pump.

Making sure the washer is going through all cycles. 

Cleaning the inter and outer tubs.

Refrigerator maintenance includes: 

Clearing the condenser for proper airflow.

Adding drain pan tablets. 

Taking temperature readings of the refrigerator 

and the freezer. 

Checking door gaskets for proper seal.

Checking the operation of the ice maker. 

Checking the defrost cycle operation. 

Dishwasher maintenance includes: 

Cleaning the sump area. 

Checking the racks for any missing parts. 

Checking the operation of the drain and heater.

Checking door gaskets and tub seal.

Microwave maintenance includes: 

Checking for proper heating.

Cleaning the top grille.  

Checking the turntable motor.

Check all Safety Controls

DRYER VENT AND DRYER CLEANing

We will clean the inside of the dryer and dryer vent. We will provide before and after pictures once complete. 

Having a clean dryer and dryer vent will prevent fires due to excessive lint buildup. 

Cost $175

DISHWASHER MAINTENANCE

20% Off Valid Jun 11, 2025 – Aug 11, 2025 

Check and clean the dishwasher sump.

Check the drain and drain line.

Inform customer if any issues are present in regard to mounting.  

Cost $120

REFRIGERATOR MAINTENANCE

20% Off Valid Jun 11, 2025 – Aug 11, 2025

Check door gaskets for proper seal. 

Check the display panel operation. 

Check all light bulbs.

Take temperature readings of the freezer and refrigerator section. 

Check the ice maker operation. 

Check and take amp readings of the fan motors.

Add tables to the drain pan. 

Check and clean the condenser (back and front).

Cost $200

A/C TUNE UP

Valid Jun 11, 2025 – Aug 11, 2025

Will perform a basic inspection of your A/C unit. 

Check for oil and refrigerant leaks. 

Tighten and take voltage and amp reading. 

Checked the refrigerant charge. 

Checked the operation of the indoor fan motor.

WASHER AND DRYER MAINTENANCE

Washer and Dryer maintenance includes:

Checking for water leaks.

Checking the operation of the washer. 

Checking the balance of the washer.

Cleaning the internal and external tubs.

Taking Amp and Voltage readings of the dryer heating element and safety controls. 

Cleaning inside dryer to remove lint and debris.
